Our fitters are experienced and friendly, they do everything from booking your survey and installation dates, to surveying your door, and finally, fitting your door.
Each and every door we do is made to measure, and is unique to your home. We survey every door to ensure that it is a perfect fit. During the survey, the fitter will take measurements, inspect the doorway, and suggest threshold options that will best suit your doorway. A survey will only last up to a maximum of 30 minutes, if you are having more than one door surveyed.
The fitting process should take no longer than one visit. The installation time can vary depending on what is being fitted and what kind of property the door is being fitted to. If you have side panels, a toplight or flag windows, this will extend the time, the same can go for older properties. Once the door has been installed, your local fitter will then take your old door and frame away for recycling.
Every door Is surveyed and installed with care, and only installed with the best materials. Once fitted, each door is then completed with cosmetic finishing trims, which are included with the order. The purpose of finishing trims is to conceal and cover the join between your new door frame and your home, leaving a seamless and professional finish. All finishing trims are colour and texture matched to your frame.
