Once done, choose to Arrange a Survey.
Upon receiving your survey request, we will call to discuss your requirements and answer any questions you may have. This allows us to be sure we are getting all the fine details.
We will then arrange to have a survey date.
On the arranged date, your fitter will arrive to take accurate measurements and answer any questions you may have.
We'll then call you to confirm all details & any changes before your door goes to manufacture.
Your new door will then be built here in the UK to the exact specification required using state of the art machinery.
Once complete, a rigorous quality inspection process will follow before dispatching your door to you fitter.
Once your new door is ready and with your fitter, your fitter will be in touch to arrange a suitable installation date.
Your new door will be installed, and the old one taken away with any additional waste to be recycled.
Once your new door has been installed, we’ll give you a call to make sure you’re happy with your door fitting.
We then send your invoice and a copy of the guarantees for your records, and arrange the final payment.
