What are the benefits of your composite doors?

Our Composite doors are extremely secure in a range of styles to suit most homes. They have the look of a traditional timber door, but without the need for painting. In fact, they need very little maintenance at all. 

Our composite doors boast a high security Yale multi point locking system which is Police Approved "Secured by Design" and Steel reinforced door frames.

Do your composite doors keep out the cold & rain?

Yes definitely, all or our composite doors are pre-fitted with the world's most thermally efficient “Q-Lon” weatherseal guaranteed for life. Designed also to reduce noise better than any other gasket!

How can you guarantee your weather seals for life?

Most gaskets in doors are made from rubber which is organic and comes from a plant. The “Q-Lon” gasket is made from stabilized material, therefore can never rot or perish, allowing it to be extremely efficient for the entire life of the door.

Are your doors secure?

Our doors are extremely secure, and the locking system is the most critical component in securing your home. When choosing the lock type to secure your home, there is only one name in the industry that stands out above all others and that is "Yale"

Is the glass in you composite doors “Safety glass”?

The simple answer is yes, and by law, it has to be for all doors in the UK. Our glass is toughened safety glass holds the class A Safety glass to (British standards) BS 6206. Each panel of glass will bear what is commonly known as a "Kitemark". The kitemark is a small inscription of text, or a small physical kitemark bearing a code that represents that the glass specification meets the minimum UK requirement for glass installed in composite doors.

What happens to my old door?

The choice really is yours! You can if you wish to keep your old door if you feel you have a need for it. If not, we dispose of it as part of the service we provide to you where it will ultimately be recycled to one day be used again.

Do you provide an “Insurance backed guarantee”?

We do indeed, and from none other that the UK’s leading insurance backed guarantee provider “The consumer protection association” (CPA).

The CPA have now been protecting homeowners for over 20 years and recognized as one of the leading and trusted providers in the UK.

When do I pay for my door?

Once your new composite door has been installed, and finished to our high standard, you only pay in full then. 

What payment methods do you offer?

Once you door installation is complete, you can choose to pay by credit or debit card over the telephone, by Bacs, or even send a cheque if you wish.

Can I make changes to my door order?

Absolutely, you can change you composite door style, colour, really anything you wish as many times as you like up until the point your door is sent to production. After that, no changes can be made.

Are you doors made to measure?

Yes, all of our composite front & back doors are hand built from new right here in the UK. They are individually built to fit your exact specification of your home which guarantees a perfect fit.

What happens if I have a problem with my door?

The answer to this question is simple… You are our customer, and we are here for you. If an issue occurs after 2 weeks or 2 years, your door is covered by our guarantee. So as long as your guarantee lasts, you will always have our full attention to resolve any issue swiftly.

What door colours do you do?

When it comes to composite door colours, we offer from the traditional Rosewood and Oak, to the more traditional colours of White, Red, Blue and Green.

In addition to these colours, we also have a standard bespoke range including custom colours from the RAL, British Standards and Dulux colour ranges.
